Sunrise

I fell in love with her and then realized I was falling in love with me.

Rumi says “The beauty you see in me is a reflection of you.” Sunrise taught me this. I love her fire, her consistency, the way she makes an entrance every single day no matter what, the way she lights up the world, her pinks and oranges that spill over everything and somehow look different every day. She keeps you on your toes like that. I love the moments of peace and silence that she brings for me. She is me. When I fall in love with her, I’m in deeper connection to the parts of me that I love the most. To me this is revolutionary. Falling in love. An opportunity to see that it’s really YOU that you fall in love with. Every time. Then you get to share your love from that place. Delicious.
