Come Home To Yourself...

There is a place within us that knows.
When we quiet the noise of expectations, roles, and the stories we learned about who we were supposed to be, we begin to hear the voice that has always been there. Beneath the conditioning, beneath the identities we have created, beneath the ways we have learned to protect ourselves, we find the Truth.
We spend so much of our lives learning how to live in the world that we can forget what it feels like to live inside of ourselves.
We are conditioned to be the masters of who we perceive we “need” to be. We learn how to achieve, provide, take care of things, be successful, be needed, be okay. We become incredibly skilled at navigating the world around us, while sometimes losing touch with the world within us.
I believe healing is an invitation to come closer to ourselves.
Not to fix ourselves. Not to become perfect. Not to finally arrive at some perfectly healed, regulated version of who we think we’re supposed to be, but to open up to the curiosity of what exists within us, and why.
Let’s work together to slow down and learn how to listen. To pay attention to the body. To meet the parts of ourselves that we have spent years avoiding. Let’s open the doorway to becoming the observer of our own thoughts, stories, patterns, and wounds, and learn how to separate those things from the deepest part of who we are. There is so much wisdom in us that gets buried beneath the noise.
This is the kind of therapy I believe in.
I am a guide in the very collaborative work between us that encompasses mind, body, soul, emotions, the unconscious, the parts of us that don’t always have words, and the many ways we experience ourselves.
Our work may move through talk therapy, mindfulness, embodied awareness, trauma work, shadow work, movement, breath, Reiki, energy, and a multitude of practices that invite us into a different relationship with ourselves.
